Working from home. Who said it’s not good? Where do our fore fathers worked a thousand or more years ago? They worked at home or in the fields nearby. Home was the center of social life back then. The industrialization destroyed all this and our fathers were forced to migrate to the cities to work at the factory and office floors like machines. The beautiful home life was shattered by the advent of machine. Now another soft machine called computer is bringing our generation back to home. We will all be back home, hopefully. This soft machine is more humane. It is with us all the time. We can work from anywhere we like using this soft machine. And home will be our best choice.

My current job allows me to work from home. I occasionally have to travel to a customers site to do testing or interviews. I believe that it is the work place of the future. At least for desk jobs. I have been working from home for a little over a year and love it. Have no problem communicating and staying in touch with my fellow coworkers.
